Book title and description?
Mo Collins, the reluctant Hero, has sailed around the country on board the replica pirate ship, the Viva Ancora. Now he finds himself only miles from his childhood home, but the world has gone to hell. Hordes of naked, blue, biting zombies have flooded the now dead Alabama lake town. Mo and his only surviving shipmate, Crow, are doing just that, surviving. They fish and watch the monsters roam the night; seeking untainted flesh and leaving a disgusting mess in their wake. However, when "out of the blue" a lone survivor stumbles upon Mo and Crow, they gain a new crew member but also find much-needed direction. The newcomer, Smokes, will change Mo’s view of this zombie-infested world forever.
As reality mimics fiction, an ever-growing cast of crazy characters play out their role carving out an island sanctuary in a plague-ridden world. The Expert, The Tech, The Oracle, The Sacrifice, The Old Friend, plus many more ….. Join us on this wild ride where the fish bite, the Zombies bite…and sometimes life bites.
Welcome aboard, friend, to Zombie Lake.
Being The Hero of a zombie apocalypse ain’t easy. People expect you to defeat lunatics, save survivors, and recover the treasure, when you would rather just make time with your girl. Mo Collins can’t avoid his scripted destiny; his personal Oracle, Smokes, won’t let him. He can still bitch about it, though.
The crew of the replica pirate ship, the Viva Ancora, is growing, and the cast of characters are fulfilling their roles towards destiny. As the group swells, the need to clear the town of the infected and secure Guntersville Island becomes paramount. Isolation from the world will protect them from the naked, blue, undead cannibals—or will it?
Something’s not right with these “zombies;” the script is veering off into the unwritten. The more contact the team has with their predatory enemies, the less certain they are of their actions. Are they wiping out a plague…or murdering a new order?
Follow Mo and his crew as they try to skew fate and carve out their own society on an Alabama lake where the fish bite, the Zombies bite… and sometimes life bites.
Welcome ashore, friend, to Zombie Island!

Fasten your seat belt friend;
Welcome to Zombies On A Plane!
Mo Collins is surviving the zombie apocalypse, but it hasn’t been easy. So far he has gathered himself a group of misfits, and one monkey, to help carve out an island paradise in the middle of a world turned blue and ravenous by an unknown plague.
Mo’s home, the Viva Ancora, a replica pirate ship is filling up with a list of characters that would make George Romero proud. Along with the guidance of Smokes, his personal Oracle and the direct link to what seems to be a scripted reality, he has saved his parents, broken his perfect brother and future sister-in-law out of prison, fought off a crazed military wannabe dictator and survived a plane crash. All in the same day!
So now that things seem under control on Guntersville Island you would think maybe life could begin to take on some sense of normalcy and he could settle down with his girl and live out his life on this island oasis. Guess again. Life just isn’t meant to be easy when you seem to be the Hero of a predestined movie script.
So hang on! The ride is about to get wilder and travel into uncharted territory. Next plot point of this movie: A Cure? (Saw that one coming didn’t you?) New faces? New Adventures? New Villains? Does it ever end? Mo the reluctant Hero can’t help being just that, The Hero.
So here we are again on that same Alabama lake, where the fish bite, the Zombies bite…. and sometimes life bites.
Welcome ashore, friend, to Zombie Oasis.
Zombie River Run
Mo Collins survived the beginning of the zombie apocalypse by staying on the replica pirate ship the Viva Ancora. But after a chance meeting of another survivor, Smokes, everything changed.
Mo has become The Hero in a story seemingly channeled by Smokes. Following a prewritten script Mo and Smokes gathered a crew of typical zombie apocalypse survivors. Well typical except the zombies are called peevies, are not dead but blue, naked, shit spewing infected rapidly evolving monsters that will rip you apart and eat you slowly.
With the help of The Expert, The Tech, The Old Friend, and The Oracle they defended island home from betrayers, zombie hordes, and villainous dictators. Oh, they survived a plane crash rescuing Mo’s brother. Being The Hero is hard work.
Now they are on a quest to find a cure. What new adventures will they encounter? What new dangers will they find? Will they find new friends? New foes? Will Smokes find more Newport’s?
Follow Mo and his crew on their continuing adventures as they tempt fate and chart their way down the river.
In waters where the fish bite, the Zombies bite… And sometimes life bites.
Welcome on board, friend, to Zombie River Run!

2. Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse
For Cade Grayson, husband, father, and former Delta Force operator, that one warm sunny Saturday in July - later to be labeled Z-Day by some anonymous person probably long dead - began like all the others before, and none since.
With his daughter, Raven and wife, Brook, away visiting her parents in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Cade hopes his immediate future holds nothing but an easy chair, Mariners on the tube, and paring down a honey-do list a mile long.
But those hopes were quickly dashed and his life forever changed when news broke of a clash in downtown Portland between soldiers from the Oregon National Guard and hundreds of anarchist protesters suddenly turned violent and, by one anchor's account, blood-thirsty and cannibalistic. As the first waves of injured bystanders, Guardsmen, and rioters arrived at hospitals in and around Portland, it became apparent that a deadly new disease had been unleashed on the population.
Whether the virus was naturally occurring or an escaped lab experiment Cade hadn't a clue, and he wasn't especially concerned until he learned of its unprecedented virulence, unusual method of transference, and the fact that, according to the talking heads on the news, it brought the newly dead back to life, semi-mindless, and with an insatiable desire to feed on the flesh of the living.
Armed with this new information and now seeing the bigger cities such as Washington D.C., New York, and Los Angeles rocked by the rapidly spreading scourge, Cade ignores the volley of contradictory edicts drawn up by the White House and set into motion by FEMA and DHS, dusts off his tools of war, and loads his truck with supplies. Unable to get ahold of Brook and Raven and unwilling to leave them at the mercy of some distant politician's inability to hold the nation together, he begins an impossible 3,000 mile journey across a reeling United States with presumably millions of infected in his path and only one acceptable outcome: find Brook and Raven alive-or die trying.
3. Zombie Road
The first book in a thrilling new series.
The people that tried to kill the world were fiendishly clever.
After decades of planning, the contagion was unleashed and overnight hundreds of millions died and came back as rampaging, undead monsters. The living that had been lucky enough to survive the first day of carnage, lucky enough to be in the right place and lucky enough that some of them had the skills they needed, soon found out there was much more to worry about than just zombies.
In the high desert on the outskirts of Reno, there is an old truck stop frequented by a mix of hard caliber truckers, day tourists, musicians and travelers. They have survived the chaotic first hours of contact with the undead and now must make their way across the country to a location they believe is safe. Zombies are only the beginning of their troubles as they try to cover the thousands of miles of open road with their hastily armored 18-wheelers. Gunny, a long haul trucker doing one of the few jobs available to him as a disgraced soldier, is unwillingly saddled with the job of getting these survivors to the safe zone. With a motley crew of truck drivers, college kids, veterans, a drug dealer and a rock star, they are racing the clock to make it before time runs out. The last text he had received from his wife before the cell towers went down told him she was trapped in a high-rise in downtown Atlanta and their son was in detention, stranded in the basement of the school he attended. Gunny just wanted to drop the hammer, steal some guns and blast his way in to rescue them but duty called. He had to get these people to safety first, then he could recruit the best of this crew to help him save his family. If they survived the journey.
4. The Undead
A deadly infection spreads across Europe.
The Undead Series: A terrifying account of one man desperately struggling to survive this harrowing event.
5. Apocalypse Crusade
In an apocalypse there is definitely a beginning where mistakes are made and the seeds of evil are allowed to sprout and take shape. However, an end is not so certain. Once an Apocalypse occurs not even death is certain. Sometimes death is only the beginning.
At first light that morning, Dr Lee steps into the Walton facility on the initial day of human trials; she can barely contain her excitement. The labs are brand spanking new and everything is sharp and clean. They've been built to her specifications and are, without a doubt, a scientist's dream. Yet even better than the gleaming instruments is the fact that Walton is where cancer is going to be cured once and for all. It’s where Dr. Lee is going to become world famous…only she doesn’t realize what she’s going to be famous for.
By midnight of that first day, Walton is a place of fire, of blood and of death, a death that, like the Apocalypse, is seemingly never ending.
